​My new “Desert Trash” series featuring the Arizona Burrowing Owl, is showing at Arts HQ Gallery in Surprise through May 26, 2023.

Besides enjoying burrowing owls, my goal is to bring awareness to the on-going efforts to provide suitable, safe shelters and public awareness so that we can protect these beautiful creatures living among us.

Each of my owls has ended up with their own special personality, which made it a blast photographing and painting them. I hope you can come out and enjoy them!
